African Divination
What can we come to know through divination?
Life guidance - receive guidance on relationships, career, health, purpose and next steps in life.
Ancestral healing - receive messages from your ancestors on the intergenerational patterns, trauma, stories, or unhealed relationships that need tending to, so you can heal yourself and also contribute healing to 7 generations past and 7 into the future.
Confirmation of one's gifts - gain clarity on the gifts, medicines and original teachings you were born into this world carrying, including your role in the
8th Fire prophecy.
Ritual prescriptions - determine the rituals and initiations that you need to complete in order to heal what needs to be healed and to align with your medicine and power more fully.

I know in my bones we are each here for a reason, with a purpose, with medicine to offer the world… and it is time. It is time to re-member what you can no longer afford to forget. You are extra-ordinary in a way that the world needs right now. When I toss the bones, stones and shells on my cloth I am filled with intense joy every time I get to translate the messages from the ancestors, to the soul that has come to sit before me, on exactly what is so extraordinary about their gifts and medicines for the world. When one of us re-members, we all remember. And like this, we will light The 8th fire.

Becoming an African diviner was my homecoming. Five years ago I began an intentional journey to reclaim my indigenous African knowledges and healing technologies. I am honoured and blessed to now walk in the medicine and traditions of Malidoma Some, of the Dagara tribe of West Africa, the ancestral lands of my father.

Endless gratitude to my teachers:
Malidoma Some, Bonewoman (Reda Rackley), Caitlin Reclusado, and Baba Prince Bamidele Bajowa.
Cave Of The Ancestors
“A story waiting to be born buried deep inside that it takes years sometimes generations for the story to claw its way out of darkness.
This story got lost in the veins of your grandpapa and trapped in the bones of your great-grandmother. Abandoned and forgotten, the silent story shakes and rattles the very core of your soul.
Until one day, the ancestor winds howl and moan through the ancient caves of your memory. You, the chosen one, become the holy vessel of remembrance and you weep the story that has never been told.”
Bonewoman
